I had a fantastic stay at this hotel on my next Dulles stopover. The hotel was a stone's throw from the airport and provided free and frequent shuttle service. The cleanliness of the room met my expectations, and its facilities were exceptional, boasting a handy microwave and refrigerator.

The complimentary shuttle was prompt, and the driver was courteous and helpful with my bags. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and all necessary amenities. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

Warm and Friendly Reception. We were pleasantly received upon arrival, with a warm and friendly welcome from the front desk staff. They were attentive, accommodating, and made us feel right at home.

The pool hours were not convenient for families, which was a drawback. However, the staff went out of their way to allow us to use the pool at a sister hotel, which was greatly appreciated.

We had a quite comfortable stay, appreciated it. Cheap hotel and fairly clean, fine breakfasts, unbeatable location so close to the airport. They had a quick check-in too.

Heater in the room was extremely loud, impacting the quality of sleep. Inconsistent communication regarding shuttle service, resulting in a lengthy wait and overcrowded shuttle experience.

As a disabled guest, I really enjoyed the convenience of the shuttle bus to the malls at night. It allowed me to go shopping without worrying about expensive cab fares. This hotel is conveniently located near the IAD-Dulles international airport, making it the perfect choice for travelers with stopovers near the airport. the hotel is reasonably close to the metro rail station at Wiehle-Reston, which makes it easy to get around the area. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with coffee making facilities and microwaves available. The fitness room is also large and airy, with plenty of machines for guests to use.

One negative aspect of the hotel is the lack of proper training for front desk staff. As mentioned in a review, some guests have experienced front desk staff being rude or unhelpful when dealing with requests or inquiries.

As young people, we loved the convenience of the early morning shuttle service at 3:30 am, which allowed us to catch our early flight.
